We love the UNSW Co-op scholars – we consistently see smart, interesting, hard-working students coming through the program. It’s great for us to meet the scholars during their placements with us and hopefully it gives them an opportunity to see what our industry as they weigh up their options after university.

My personal highlight is the energy, motivation and drive that Co-ops bring into the firm.
In your opinion, what advantage does the UNSW Co-op Program offer its Scholars in their career development?
Co-op scholars work on real projects with real teams and with real clients. The program gives them access to Australia’s top firms and they build skills on the job that are transferable to any future career.
What advice would you give to high school students considering the Co-op Program and a career in the field you work in?
Be ambitious and the sky is the limit!
